JosepHomes ships within Canada. Checkout is available in CAD for eligible Canadian shipping addresses.

Our pieces ship from within North America with tracked delivery, so you can follow your order from dispatch to arrival.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Typical delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Because orders cross into Canada, taxes, duties, or import charges may be collected by the carrier or a customs authority before or at delivery. These charges are not hidden and not prepaid by JosepHomes; they depend on the destination and applicable import rules.

Address accuracy

Please enter a complete, accurate shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us through our contact page as soon as possible — we can usually correct an address before the order is fulfilled, but not after it has shipped. Re-shipping costs for returns caused by an incorrect address may be the customer's responsibility.

Failed delivery or lost parcels

If a tracked parcel is marked delivered but you haven't received it, or appears lost in transit, contact us through our contact page and we'll help trace it with the carrier.
