At JosepHomes, we want every piece to settle into your home with ease. If something isn't right, we'll help you make it right — calmly and without fuss.
This policy explains how returns and refunds work for orders placed on josephome.com. All prices and refunds are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
The window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To begin, contact us through our contact page with your order number and the email address you used at checkout. Please wait for your return to be approved before sending anything back — items returned without approval may not be accepted.
Condition
To be eligible for a return, an item should be unused and in its original condition, returned with its original packaging. The one exception is an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — see below.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our contact page. Include clear photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label. These help us resolve things quickly and arrange a replacement or refund at no return-shipping cost to you.
Return shipping costs
For a standard return (change of mind, no longer needed, and similar), the customer is responsible for return shipping. If an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, JosepHomes covers the cost of return or replacement.
Once your return request is approved, we'll provide the return address and step-by-step instructions by email.
Refunds
After your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for our review, and note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your statement.
If a refund is delayed beyond the usual timeframe, reach out through our contact page and we'll look into it with you.
Non-returnable items
Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons, or where the product description notes a final-sale condition. Where this applies, it will be stated on the product page before purchase.
Taxes, duties & import charges
JosepHomes ships from within North America. Shipping options, taxes, and any applicable duties are shown or explained at checkout. We do not prepay duties on your behalf; any charges collected at delivery are not refundable by JosepHomes as part of a return.
